REVELATION 10

Revelation Chapter 10.  The Overall Picture  By Merrilyn Jaquiery.  2015 to 2017     I begin this message with a quote from wildlife artist Ren Poortvliet on “keeping things simple”.   “I understand that some artists paint by making photographs of everything and copy their photograph’s three hundred percent, I cannot do that, I try to paint as if I’m telling a story. Let’s say you saw an accident. A man on a bicycle fell because a dog was crossing the street in front of him,... [Lire la suite]

"Jesus Is Risen" "Risen" 2013 painting by Merrilyn Jaquiery

“Jesus Is Risen” While I was on holiday in Europe in 2013, I visited many of the centuries old Cathedrals. Coming from New Zealand where our history only dates back  three or four hundred years, I was inspired by their architectural craftsmanship, their beautiful stained glass windows and their large walled paintings that were painted to help those who were illiterate to embrace the gospel. When visiting one of the Cathedrals, I watched a young women in a wheelchair come into the Church, her... [Lire la suite]

the new Jerusalem : Revelation :21:10-11

THE NEW JERUSALEM Revelation 21: 10-11 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God. It shone with the glory of God, and its brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal. (Revelation 21: 10-11) YOU WILL NEED YOUR SEAL OF IDENTIFICATION When I travel overseas I need my passport to identify who I am, otherwise I would be unable to enter into that Nations border gates and... Revelation Chapter 8: 1-6 Silence in heaven for about half an hour.

Revelation 8: 1-6. Silence in heaven for about half an hour. REVELATION 8 1-2. When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them we given seven trumpets. The Great Judge Elohim rouses Himself from His Holy dwelling, an awe of silence sweeps over all of those who are in attendance. As the multitudes watch, seven angels are given seven (trumpets) shofars. They accept their mission unable to speak as the Spirit of God... [Lire la suite]

Isaiah Chapter 6: 1-8

Welcome to the blog by artist gospelthroughart Merrilyn Jaquiery  Isaiah chapter 6 vs. 1-8  This is the first of five biblical scriptural paintings that were given to me through a vision in 2000. At the time I was unaware of the events That were come; all I knew was that I had been called to paint this passage of scripture for a reason unbeknown to me. It was a journey of great joy, worship, and the privilege of being called. After I had completed this painting of Isaiah chapter 6... [Lire la suite]

Révélation 6:1-17 black horse and rider. End time prophecy famine of the Word of God. Amos 8:11-12

Revelation 6: 1-17. (2001 -2002) Prophecy of the famine of the word of the LORD. Amos 8: 11-12   In 2001 -2002 I was led to paint Revelation chapter 6: 1-17. Revelation chapter six was the second painting in a series of four that followed Isaiah chapter six’s message of “Whom shall I send? And will go for us?” after September 11th.2001 terrorism attack on America. Revelation 6 took one year to complete; some six months earlier while sketching a pre-study of the black horse and its rider I was guided to position... [Lire la suite]

WILL YOU BE READY? Revelation 19:11-16

WILL YOU BE READY?   Revelation 19: 11-16.  2003.(Third painting) Revelation Chapter 19 begins with these words. After this, I heard a vast crowd in heaven shouting, “Hallelujah! Salvation is from our God. Glory and power belong to him alone. This above verse reveals that the saints were shouting loud and clear that their God had been all along the one true God. And that all other gods’ had been false, they could not save or bring Salvation, Glory and power that their God could bring.   ... [Lire la suite]
